How Do I Place An Order Through LadyJaneExpress?

1. Go to the shop and find the products you want. Click on the desired products, choose the quantity and add to the Cart.

2. Once you add a product to the cart, click on «Menu», choose «Shop» to add more products to your cart. Once all products to be added, you’re ready for the Checkout process so click on «Proceed to Checkout.»

3. Once at the checkout page, you’ll need to log in with a password and your email. If you haven’t purchased from us before you need a password, your email and need to fill out the required fields. Once you register you’ll get an email confirmation from us. When logged in, you can confirm the shipping information including the address, name, email, order notes, and contact number.

1. Select e-Transfer at checkout. Once all the required fields have been filled out you can click on «Place Order.»  

2. Receive e-transfer security word phrase that we send you with order details.

3. Log into your e-banking and pay using the e-transfer security word phrase.

4. We will process your order as soon as we receive the payment. It can take up to a few hours for us to receive and process payment.  You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. 

Track Your Order with Canada Post Shipping

1. We ship safely and discreetly in vacuum-sealed scent proof bags, in unlabeled boxes that have been sprayed with a scent blocker to keep the order as low key as possible.

2. Shipping times are approximately 1-5 business days depending on your location, holidays, weather and order traffic. We do not ship any orders on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipping is FREE on all orders over $150. Your order must have a subtotal of at least $150 after any discounts have been applied and before taxes. We have the $100 minimum order amount. All orders over $150 are shipped free of charge. In other cases — the $20 flat rate shipping fee.
