After your payment has been sent, it may take us up to 24 business hours Monday to Friday to accept the payment before sending your order to processing.
We will process your order as soon as we receive the payment. It can take up to a few hours for us to receive and process payment. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Once you submit your order, we will email you a receipt with instructions to pay. Your order will be on hold until your submit payment via Interac E-transfer. After a day or two, we will send a reminder email to pay for your order. If we do not receive your payment in 5 business days, your order will be cancelled.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post (Express Post). Shipping times are approximately 1-5 business days depending on your location, holidays, weather and order traffic. We do not ship any orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking numbers are emailed to the account holder by end of day PST, and can take up to a day to update its progress. Your tracking may show that your order is going to another city during transit, this just means that the driver had to stop at the depot to have the order scanned.

Yes, we ship safely and discreetly. We ship our orders in vacuum-sealed scent proof bags, in unlabeled boxes that have been sprayed with a scent blocker to keep the order as low key as possible.
If you live in the Northwest Territories or the Yukon your order will be shipped in a bubble mailer with the same scent proofing procedures taken.
We ship within Canada only.
All orders and payments received by 9 AM PST will be shipped same day. If your order is after 9 AM PST your order will be shipped the following business day. If you order during the weekend, your order will likely be confirmed, prior or on Monday morning at which time on Monday you’ll receive confirmation and your tracking number.

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, please let us know about and inform Canada Post about your loss. Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed "unrecoverable", lost or stolen — we would reship it. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
It is the first thing we do after sending. It allows you to see the route of the delivery online.
We want to assure you, that your order was processed timely. The only possible reason is Canada post’s processing. They are supposed to process all the correspondence within 24 hour. But it sometimes hiccups. A situation where you lose your order and your money is absolutely impossible with us. We value your business very much.
